How do I delete my account?
In the iPad or iPhone app, open Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete My Account. You'll be asked to type your family name to confirm, then asked once more before deletion runs. This permanently removes your profile, your family, every event and task, calendar connections, and any subscription state from our servers and from our processors (Stripe, RevenueCat, Google, Microsoft).
If you can't sign in to delete from inside the app, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we'll handle it manually within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR.
What data do you store, and where?
See our privacy notice for the full list. Short version: account email, family members' names, the events and tasks you create or that we extract from emails / photos / WhatsApp, and subscription state. Stored in Supabase (Switzerland) and Cloudflare (global edge). We never sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS subscriptions (in-app purchase): open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → parte. → Cancel. This is Apple's standard flow; we never see your payment details.
Web subscriptions (Stripe): email [email protected] and we'll send you the Stripe customer-portal link. Self-serve cancellation lands in a future update.
How do I add events from emails / photos / WhatsApp?
Each family gets a private email address (find it in Settings → Intake). Forward school newsletters or party invites to that address and parte. extracts the events for you — usually within a minute. You can also tap the + button in the app to take a photo of a flyer, or message your family's WhatsApp number with a text or voice note (premium plan).
Which iPad do I need?
Anything running iPadOS 17 or later. parte. is designed to run on the older iPad you already have — it works well on a 6th-gen iPad (2018) onwards. The wall-mode display is optimised for any landscape iPad.
I'm a TestFlight tester — what should I do if something breaks?
Inside TestFlight, take a screenshot then drag down from the top of the screen — Apple's built-in feedback form sends it directly to us with crash logs attached. You can also email [email protected] with what you were doing when it happened. We read every report.
