The honest answers
What counts as one “intake”?
One forwarded email, one photo of a letter or flyer, or one pasted PDF — no matter how many events come out the other end. If a school newsletter lists six dates, that's still one intake. Manually typed events and quick-add phrases stay free, always.
When does the 5-free reset?
On the 1st of every calendar month. Unused intakes don't roll over — so throw a few our way at the start of the month, no need to ration.
Can I set a spending cap on PAYG?
Yes — pick a monthly cap (£2, £5, £10 or custom) and we'll pause AI intake when you hit it. You can always raise it later. No nasty surprises.
Is Premium billed per family or per person?
Per family. One Premium covers up to 10 members — parents, grandparents, babysitters, everyone. No per-seat nonsense.
Can I switch between PAYG and Premium?
Any time. We'll even nudge you if PAYG is costing more than Premium would — we'd rather lose pennies than trust.
